West Coast Saints Coach, Ward Frost, took time out of a busy pre season training session to talk a bit about the club’s progress. Training for team began early, with training starting just after the Christmas break. There have been players from both the Cougars and the Saints at the sessions. These sessions are a great way to get the legs moving after what was a very long off season.

The Saints are always looking for more people to come to the training sessions. The team trains every Wednesday from 6pm – 8pm. Click here for more information
