The West Coast Saints had their AGM on December 9, 2009 and the following were voted in as the Executive Council for 2010

Vice President: Peter Campion
Secretary: Clayton Holmes
Treasurer: Tom Kewell
Operations Manager: Scott Sheen
General Members: Ryan Martin, James Maitland, Clint Joy, Brandon Bliss
